What are the registration requirements for MELT program?
- You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of application.
- You must have a non-probationary Class 5 (non-GDL) or higher drivers license in Alberta.
- You should have an approved Alberta driver's medical examination report.
How long will it take to complete a Class 1 MELT program?
This mandatory Class1 MELT program usually takes around 5 weeks to complete with 40.5 in-class instructions, 51 hours behind the wheels and 21.5 hours in yard.
